LCK Group operates across four core business areas within the Republic of Moldova.
Printing House — Labels and Packaging
The printing division is one of the Group’s oldest and most established operations. It originated in 1990 as the legal successor to the former Joint Stock Company “FOTO-FOND” and has grown from a small print shop into a modern manufacturing operation.
The division focuses on sheet and roll printing of labels and packaging, as well as promotional printing. The facility occupies approximately 4,500 square meters and is equipped with high-performance printing and finishing equipment. Production capacity exceeds 250 million sets of labels per year, serving a broad range of customers, including established producers in the wine, spirits, and consumer goods sectors.
This division is a market leader in Moldova for label and packaging printing and relies on current information, computer, and printing technologies to deliver consistent quality and reliability.
Construction
The holding’s construction activities form part of the Group’s diversified portfolio. The division participates in construction and related services, contributing to local infrastructure and real asset development. This business line supports the Group’s presence in sectors relevant to Moldova’s economy and to investors with an interest in real assets and development projects.
IT
The Group’s information technology arm provides IT services and solutions as part of the holding. The Republic of Moldova has developed a growing IT sector, including through initiatives such as the Moldova Innovation Technology Park (MITP). The IT business is positioned to serve clients and partners requiring reliable technology support and solutions, aligned with the holding’s emphasis on quality and long-term relationships.
Financial Services
Financial services form another pillar of LCK Group. This business line operates within the regulatory framework of the Republic of Moldova and supports the holding’s activities and clients. Finance is one of the key sectors for investment and economic activity in Moldova; the Group’s involvement in this area reflects its commitment to a diversified, stable corporate structure.
